Here at Bodiez 24/7 Fitness we offer a vast array of equipment that suits all fitness levels and abilities, all with state of the art equipment used by elite athletes worldwide. Our equipment is supplied by Technogym, and the equipment that we offer is the same as that which is supplied for the Olympic and Paralympic games.

To start with, we have fully incorporated Technogym’s ‘Wellness System’ throughout the entire club, this means that you have the benifits of having a personal trainer with you at all times, day or night, without the extra expense. Your membership with us also includes unlimited program changes, so as you progress, your program can progress with you.

The Wellness System is simple and easy to use. When you insert your access key into the reader the equipment will read your workout from the key and automatically set itself up for you.

We have all you could ever ask for in the way of cardio gear and pin-loaded weights, as well as free weights, cable weights and a smith machine.

We have a wide variety of equipment in our gym. All of our cardio equipment have touch screen LCD panels built in (not added on like some gyms). On the screen we have all digital TV channels, internet access, local radio, games and all screens have built-in iPod/iPhone docks as well as USB connection compatibility.

With all this technology, we still care about the environment with Technogym working hard to maintain "Healthy People & Planet".
